Silence is usually NOT golden around here . . .

I think most parents of young toddlers would agree with me when I say that when your kiddos are not in sight and they are being really quiet it is NOT a good thing.  I can't tell you how many times we have been sitting in the living room when the girls walk off together to another room. Russell and I will be talking and after a few minutes, we realize that we haven't heard a peep from the two little angels.  Typically when this happens we walk in on something like this. . .

We keep the laundry stuff in the hall closet and, as we learned on this day, the girls now know how to open that door.

This is the box of fabric softener sheets . . .

Follow the trail of loose dryer sheets and you will find this . . .

Awww. There are those angels in the laundry basket blowing their cute little noses all over the new fabric softener sheets.
And Morgan is being very thorough- really getting a good nose cleaning with her sheet.

Don't worry- I threw away those dryer sheets!

LOL. That is hilarious! The things kids come up with...I love that you take pics of the messes they make, too. This is the stuff that everyone can laugh at later, and that is priceless!

I agree 100% with Melody - SOO FREAKING FUNNY! Ryan usually gets into my super small jewerly box - I can't even tell you how many earrings I've lost!

That is FUNNY! I have a picture of Adam when he was 1 and he pulled all the tissues out of a tissue box! I was wondering what the little whooshing noise was and walked around the couch and found the entire tissue box emptied! He was quite proud of himself! You enjoy those moments when you look back on the pictures and laugh at them! :)

Sounds like they are ready to start helping with the laudry. You have to love how thier little imaginations are on overdrive. Mine have usually found a flash light and are in a dark room turning it off and on and laughing. What fun.

That cracks me up. I love them blowing their noses. I guess you need a child lock on that door since they learned how to open it. At least they were playing nicely together! You gotta look for the small blessings!
